Membership Billing & Payments
- Memberships are billed monthly on the date of enrollment.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Failed payments may result in paused or canceled membership privileges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime, effective at the next billing cycle.
Membership Benefits
Membership benefits, offerings, and discounts may change periodically based on availability, partner programming, or seasonal shifts.
Transfers & Sharing
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared unless expressly approved.
Events & Reservations
Some events may require advance booking or have limited capacity. Members are encouraged to reserve early.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Ladybird may revoke membership for inappropriate conduct without refund.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
