Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit of 50% is required to hold a date.
  • The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event.
  • Deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, full payment applies.

Security Deposit

LadyBird reserves the right to require a refundable damage/security deposit, the amount of which will be determined based on the nature, size, and scope of the event.

Cancellations

  • Written notice is required for cancellation.
  • Refunds or credits depend on cancellation timeline (I will customize once you choose your policy).

Use of Space

  • Event host is responsible for conduct of all attendees.
  • Decorations must be approved and cannot damage surfaces.
  • No glitter, confetti, or open flames unless permitted.
  • Outside food may be allowed pending approval.

Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol service must follow local laws and be provided only by approved partners.
  • No outside alcohol without written permission.

Set-Up & Clean-Up

  • Set-up and tear-down times must be included in rental window.
  • Ladybird staff will clean common areas; hosts must remove personal items.

Vendor Policies

  • Outside vendors must provide insurance or agreements if required.
  • All vendors must follow Ladybird guidelines.

Liability

Ladybird is not responsible for lost or damaged property. Guests participate at their own risk.
